St. Angela's 11th Annual Charity
Dinner and Auction with Golf will be held on September
5, 2008. We are trying to appeal to parishioners who do not play
golf to join us for the
Gala Dinner and Auction. If you have not attended in the past,
you won't want to miss out on a memorable evening. Dinner only
costs $50 per person for an outstanding meal and entertaining
evening. Golf and
dinner will cost $160 per person. A mailing will be sent to all
parishioners
in a few weeks. It will contain a registration form for either
golf and dinner or for dinner only. Reserve a table for you and
your friends
or just come and sit with fellow parishioners. Also included will
be a donation certificate which you can use to donate an item for
the auction or sign up to be a Tee Sponsor.

We are again having a 50%/50% raffle. The winner last year took
home $5,000 cash and we hope this year will be larger.
Finally our organizing committee is in need of volunteers to
contact business owners who were previously mailed solicitation
letters to
encourage them to make a contribution to this worthwhile event.

this worthy

Last year we raised over $52,000 for our various outreach charities
and this year we hope to do even better.
In the mean time mark your calendar for September 5 and plan
to join us for a night of good food, fellowship and fun. The
