Anointing of the Sick

The anointing of the sick is offered for all who suffer from any illness at whatever stage of that illness, to ask God for healing of body, soul and spirit.   This Sacrament is celebrated communally in church twice a year, but may be requested individually when one is seriously ill, facing surgery or in need of inner healing.  This Sacrament is no longer postponed until someone is actively dying, but it is still quite consoling at this time.   Do not hesitate to call our parish office to arrange  for the celebration of this Sacrament.
